If you are interested in learning more about distant lands Landmark Center is the place to be on a Sunday afternoon. The Urban Expedition  Series showcases different countries from around the world. Each month a different location is highlighted.  Families get to explore food, dance, music and hands on crafts native to the chosen country. The event begins at 1:00 and is free to the public.

If this isn’t enough of an international adventure visit the Midtown Global Market. This indoor market has a variety of foods from all over the world. There is a central seating area so each member of the family can choose their favorite, and everyone can still eat together. There are also kids activities and festivals at different times of the year. Parking is free for three hours at the Midtown Exchange Parking ramp if you purchase something at the market. (Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you to have it validated.) The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Enjoy a Sunday brunch adventure.
